Hiking the Y

Noah was super excited to hike the Y with his friend Nate. He wanted to wear a back pack and packed it so full of stuff (toys) that it probably weighed more than him.

There are 14 switchbacks to get to the top.

Switchback #1: Noah is done with the back pack and hands it to Karl.

Switchback #2: Nate and Noah are already worn out from running ahead, then running back and so on. But they are still having fun.

Switchback #3: Max decides he is hungry. Karl offers to feed him while hiking, so that we might make it to the top before it is dark.

Almost switchback #4: Nate and Noah are done for the day.

No, we did not carry them all the way to the top. We carried them back down, went and got some ice cream, and decided to try again some other day.

Max is looking so cute and so old! I can't believe how much he's growing. Max looks adorable as well and seems to have a good big brother. I hope you are all doing well and hopefully we'll end up seeing you in September! Jane and I will be there From Sept 18th to Oct 4th. Take care! Cami
